Gabriele Niemann

Gabriele Niemann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Gabriele began their career at Pfizer GmbH as a Clinical Research Associate in 1997 and gradually progressed to become a Manager in Access Agency & Health Technology Assessment. In 2008, they joined Biotest AG, where they held positions such as Director of Corporate Clinical Research and Medical Liaison, Director of Clinical Immunology, and Senior Director of Corporate Clinical Research & Medical Liaison. In 2015, they joined Biologische Heilmittel Heel GmbH as the Head of Global Clinical Research. Gabriele returned to Biotest AG in 2016, where they held the positions of Senior Director of Clinical Strategy & Development, Head of Corporate Medical Affairs, and Vice President of Corporate Medical Affairs.

Gabriele Niemann obtained a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Parasitology from the Bernhard-Nocht-Institute for Tropical Medicine, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Diplom degree in Biology from Bielefeld University, from 1985 to 1992.
