Matthias Germer

Matthias Germer has over two decades of work experience in the field of research and development. Matthias started their career as a Postdoc at DKFZ in 1994, where they worked until 1995. Matthias then joined the Max Planck Institute Bad Nauheim as a Postdoc from 1995 to 1997. In 1998, they joined Biotest AG and held various senior director positions in research and bioanalysis until 2019. In February 2019, they became the Vice President of Preclinical Research at Biotest AG.

Matthias Germer earned a Diploma in Biochemistry from Leibniz Universität Hannover between 1984 and 1990. Matthias then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree at DKFZ from 1990 to 1994.
