Sih Yang Sim

Sih Yang Sim has extensive experience in the aquaculture industry. Sih Yang began their career in 2008 as Regional Product Manager at Skretting, where they provided technical support to customers, staff, and partners to maximize potential demand for aquaculture products. Sih Yang then worked as a Consultant at Santubong Marine Aquaculture in 2011, followed by Sales and Technical Director at Innopolis Biowciences Pte Ltd. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as Chief Operating Officer at Haiky Aquaculture Sdn Bhd, where they implemented the company's strategies and policies to achieve set objectives. Sih Yang currently works as Manager - Aquaculture Segment at BiOWiSH Technologies, where they develop and maintains key accounts for the sale of products in Asia, provides technical support to distributors, dealers, end users, and research partners, and manages aquaculture products positioning and marketing plans.

Sih Yang Sim completed their PhD in Grouper Aquaculture & Economics from Deakin University between 2002 and 2007.
