Varun Wadhwa

Varun Wadhwa has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 2005, they worked for S&P Capital IQ as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Training and Recruitment until 2013. Varun then joined Zocdoc, where they held various positions, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development, Senior Manager of People, and eventually became the Head of Office in Pune from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Varun holds the role of Senior Director of People & Culture at Birdeye, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources & Finance at Birdeye from 2018 to 2021.

Varun Wadhwa completed their postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development in the years 2016-2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (with Honours) degree from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College from 2001 to 2004. Before entering college, Varun attended Springdales School, Pusa Road, although no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
