Franki Coulter has a diverse work experience in the legal and human resources field. Franki started their career as a Trial Attorney at Harrill & Sutter, PLLC, specializing in employment and civil rights law. Later, they worked at Windstream Communications, where they served as Senior Counsel & Director of Government Contract Compliance and Senior ERISA Counsel & HIPAA Compliance Officer. At SourceGas, Coulter held the position of Deputy General Counsel - Corporate, handling complex commercial agreements and participating in Retirement Plan Committee meetings. Currently, they are working at Black Hills Energy as the Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR Business Partners and labor relations.

Franki Coulter earned a JD degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville, from 1999 to 2002.
