Réka Balogh

Réka Balogh has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Réka is currently a Human Resources Administrator at Black Swan Data, where they support the People team in handling employee-lifecycle processes efficiently. Their responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, payroll management, benefits administration, HRIS management, reporting, and compliance. Réka is proficient in using HR-related software programs and platforms such as BambooHR, Small Improvements, CapDesk, and Nexon for the Hungarian team. Previously, Réka worked as a Human Resources Assistant at RabIT software engineering and as an HR generalist at Pacapime Kft and Clearwater Kft. Réka also gained experience as a Learning and Development Trainee at UPC Magyarország, an HR Intern at GE, and a Trainee at Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft.

Réka Balogh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Szeged, from the year 2012 to 2016. Subsequently, they pursued their Master's degree in Management and leadership, with a specialization in HR and OD, at Corvinus University of Budapest, from 2016 to 2018.
