Thomas Sayles

Thomas Sayles has extensive experience in credit and anti-money laundering compliance, currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Credit and AML Compliance at Blackbaud since November 2013. Prior to this role, Thomas held various leadership positions including Vice President of Global Credit at Brightpoint, Inc., where responsibilities included establishing a credit risk assessment strategy during a financial crisis and managing significant global trade credit and receivable portfolios. Thomas's consultancy work involved expertise in supply chain processes and strategic initiatives. Other notable roles include Global Credit Manager at IFF, Corporate Credit Manager at Bush Boake Allen, and several positions at GE focused on credit and collections. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Boston College.
