Ralph Simpson has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ralph began their career at The Coca-Cola Company as a Brand Planner in 1999. Ralph then worked at Kantar Millward Brown as a Senior Project Director from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2012, Ralph held several marketing and innovation roles at Lion, including Marketing Manager Insights and Brand Director - Premium Brands. Ralph then joined Parmalat Australia as Head Of Customer Marketing from 2012 to 2015, before becoming the National Business Manager for Woolworths. Starting in 2018, Ralph worked at Blackmores as the Head of Consumer Experience until 2019. Ralph then became the Group Innovation Director and later the Category & Brand Experience Director from 2019 onwards.

Ralph Simpson pursued their education at the University of Sussex from 1991 to 1995 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs. In addition, they also attended the University of Konstanz from 1993 to 1994, specializing in International Relations.
