Cody Shanks is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in technical support and education. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at Blackpoint Cyber since May 2023, Cody previously held roles at Zoom as a Service Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities included monitoring service quality, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
