Elinoar Ouliel

Elinoar Ouliel started their work experience in 1999 at Amdocs as a Human Resources professional, where they worked until 2004. Elinoar then joined First Data in 2005 as Chief of Staff, and remained in that role until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Elinoar worked as the Head of Corporate Development at Ripples HLS Group. Since 2014, they have been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at BlackSwan Technologies.

Elinoar Ouliel has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Politics and International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Systems and Management from Birkbeck, University of London. Furthermore, Elinoar Ouliel has completed the Oxford Fintech Programme at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
