Paul Bassett

Paul Bassett has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Paul has recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Bladon Micro Turbine since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Manufacturing at the same company from March 2021 to December 2021. Before joining Bladon Micro Turbine, they were the Director of Manufacturing Engineering - Powertrain at Jaguar Land Rover from July 2020 to March 2021. From July 2017 to July 2020, they served as the Director of Operations - Powertrain at Chery Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Co., Ltd. Paul also worked at Jaguar Land Rover as a Senior Manufacturing Manager from September 2013 to June 2017. In addition, they have held positions at Rolls-Royce as a Manufacturing Manager from September 2011 to September 2013, at BAE Systems as the Head of Maintenance from July 2008 to September 2011, at British Gypsum as a Manufacturing Manager from October 2004 to July 2008, and at Rover Group as a Maintenance Engineer from September 1992 to October 2004.

Paul Bassett attended Birmingham City University from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree with a specialization in Manufacturing Systems.
