Amit B. has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Amit began in 1993 as a Software Engineer at MGC Diagnostics before moving on to positions such as Director of Software Development at Medtronic and Director of Software and Electrical Systems at Luminous Medical. In 2002, they worked as a Program Manager at BIOTRONIK before joining Ciber Inc as an Account Leader and Field Manager from 1997 to 2002. Amit then transitioned to roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Head of R&D, Molecular Diagnostics, and Director of Systems Engineering & V&V - qPCR Platform. Amit further expanded their expertise at Biocartis as the Head of Engineering R&D and IT, leading the team responsible for technical feasibility, product design and development, and worldwide market expansion. At Quanta Dialysis Technologies, they served as the Chief Engineer, focusing on the development and deployment of a Digital Health solution for their award-winning hemodialysis system. Most recently, Amit joined Blatchford as the Chief Technology Officer, overseeing R&D, PMO, IT, and the Enterprise Digital Transformation Office. Amit played a pivotal role in driving transformative organizational and digital changes, resulting in significant EBIDTA growth and the launch of a revolutionary, digital health-enabled microprocessor-based knee ankle foot orthoses.

Amit B. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University in 1989. Amit later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota from 1990 to 1993.
