Doug Stewart

Doug Stewart has extensive work experience in the field of corporate law and legal counsel. Doug currently holds the position of VP, Corporate Law and AGC at Bloom Energy since September 2023. Before that, they served as the Deputy General Counsel and former Interim General Counsel at Marqeta from April 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, Securities and Assistant Secretary at Visa from June 2015 to April 2022. Doug also held positions at Dolby Laboratories as Vice President, Corporate Legal and Assistant General Counsel from February 2013 to February 2015, and at Intel as Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary from January 2005 to January 2013. Additionally, they served on the Board of Directors at Achievekids from November 2006 to October 2009. Doug started their career as a Corporate Associate at Fenwick and West LLP from September 2000 to December 2004. Doug also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher and Flom LLP in May 1999.

Doug Stewart attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science. Doug then pursued a law degree at the Boston University School of Law from 1997 to 2000, obtaining a J.D. degree.
