Bloomin' Brands
Lissette Gonzalez was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain of Bloomin’ Brands in April 2021. She is responsible for overseeing the Company’s global supply chain, including planning, sourcing, food safety, and logistics strategies for domestic and international markets.
Previously, Lissette served as Vice President with oversight for the Bloomin’ Brands Global Procurement and Planning & Forecasting areas. Her leadership helped enhance demand-based forecasting at Bloomin’ Brands, creating a more efficient and agile approach as the Supply Chain team focused on proactively responding to demand shifts at the company’s more than 1,400 restaurant locations.
Lissette joined Bloomin’ Brands in 2014 after ten years at Office Depot, where she had increasing levels of responsibility within the company’s supply chain function.
Lissette holds both a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management from Florida International University.
