Greg M. Burnham, PhD, MBA, RS, is a seasoned expert in food safety, quality, and sanitation with extensive experience across various prominent food industry organizations. Currently serving as Senior Food Safety Manager at Blue Buffalo Co since November 2018, Greg has previously held leadership roles at G&C Food Safety Consulting, CTI Foods, and Campbell Soup Company, where Greg M. developed and implemented robust food safety strategies. With a strong background in process optimization and compliance, Greg has contributed to recognized brand successes at Coca-Cola Refreshments and served as a Food Protection Team Leader at US Army Natick Labs. Academically, Greg holds a PhD in Food Science with a focus on Food Microbiology and Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with an MBA and a BA in Management.
