Lee Forte

Director of Business Systems at Blue Chip Group

Lee Forte has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of business systems, change management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Lee started their career in 2007 as a Project Management Department Manager at ABOL Software, Inc. They then worked as a Business Analyst at UK Mail from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT projects and project management for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM upgrade.

From 2011 to 2014, Lee worked at Gap Consulting Ltd as a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. At ConsultCRM, from 2014 to 2015, Lee served as a Senior Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. They then joined ClickDimensions in 2015 as a Solution Success Engineer for ClickDimensions and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

In 2016, Lee joined PA Group as a Senior Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. In this role, they conducted discovery workshops, completed business process analysis, and translated business requirements into functional and technical designs. They also managed a functional consulting team, performed data migration, and provided end-user training and support.

From 2018 to 2020, Lee worked at Gallagher as a Senior Functional Consultant and Business Analyst, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. They then joined Root16 in 2021 as a Senior Consultant.

Most recently, in 2022, Lee joined Blue Chip Group as the Director of Business Systems.

Lee Forte obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Transportation and Logistics from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 1996-1999. In addition to their degree, Lee has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist (CLD277x), Microsoft Certified Professional, and various Microsoft Dynamics certifications. Lee also holds certifications in Scribe Insight and Sales Certification for Partners from ClickDimensions. Furthermore, Lee has taken courses in SCM600 - Processes in Sales & Distribution, SCM610 - Delivery Processes, and SCM611 - Transportation from SAP, although the dates of completion are not provided.
