Kasey Felling

Kasey Felling currently serves as a Senior Consumer Experience Product Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since January 2024. Previously, Kasey held multiple roles at UnitedHealth Group from June 2017 to August 2023, including Program Director for Caregiver Strategy and Experience, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing care strategies and consumer engagement across various business lines. Kasey's earlier experience includes roles as Strategic Programs Manager and Consultant within UnitedHealthcare, focusing on caregiver strategy and loyalty programs. Prior to UnitedHealth Group, Kasey was a Digital Project Manager at Gage, leading enhancements for the Microsoft Educator Community, and a Project Manager at FindLaw, managing website development and online marketing projects for law firms. Kasey holds a degree from Drake University, with education completed at Northfield High School.
