Aliya Khan Nisbet is an accomplished professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Talent Management Leader at Blue Yonder. With extensive experience as a consultant and coach focusing on organization, talent, and leadership development, as well as change management, Aliya has held key positions such as Head of Global Talent Management and Development at Hitachi Vantara, and Director of Talent Management & Development at Ericsson, along with Director of Talent Management at Nestlé. Aliya holds a BA in Economics and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania and Smith College.
