Ariana Mattice-Lybrand, MPA, is a Senior Impact Analyst at BlueHub Capital, where evaluations of Social Impact Ratings (SIR) are facilitated to assess the alignment of loans with mission objectives since May 2021. In parallel, Ariana serves as an Impact & Operations Analyst at COO Circle, coordinating informal meetings among Boston-area Chief Operating Officers. Prior experience includes the role of District Office Manager for the New York State Assembly, focusing on public relations, legislative research, and constituent services. Additionally, Ariana interned at the New York State Department of Health, managing communications and contributing to project initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University at Albany and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Hartwick College.
