Alison Killgore has over 12 years of professional experience in customer success, marketing, and sales. In 2008, they began their career as a Promotions Intern and Street Team Member at Entercom Communications. In 2009, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Outsource Marketing. The following year, they held the role of Sales and Social Networking Account Manager at Seattle Weekly. In 2010, they were a Marketing Assistant at Tommy Bahama. In 2013, they joined LiquidPlanner as a Marketing Program Manager and Community Marketing Manager. In 2017, they were a Senior Marketing Program Manager at Nayamode, and a Marketing Manager at FlyHomes. In 2018, they were a Client Services Manager at Averetek, now part of E2open. Since 2019, they have been a Customer Success Manager at E2open, where they oversee and manages 20+ client accounts providing strategic program advice based on customer goals. Alison also maintains high customer retention rates and keeps a regular cadence of QBRs to stay connected with customer needs and wants.
Alison Killgore attended Marysville-Pilchuck High School from 2001 to 2005. Alison then went on to pursue a degree in Public Relations from Washington State University, where they studied Communication, Business, and Psychology from 2005 to 2009.
