Erika Davis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erika started their career at A&R Creative Group, where they worked as a Bar Manager from February 2016 to May 2018. Erika then joined Haliburton Forest as a Field Researcher in June 2019, focusing on field research and population data collection for local fish and small mammal species. In May 2014, they joined Rambling House Cocktails as a bartender and was promoted to Bar Manager in July 2019. Erika'sresponsibilities included creating staff schedules, training staff, acquiring and tracking inventory, and supervising front-of-house operations.

In June 2020, Erika joined Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks, where they worked in various roles. As a Park Technician, they contributed their skills from October 2020 to March 2021. Erika then transitioned to the role of Resource Management from June to October 2020. Subsequently, they worked as a Park Technician 1 from April to November 2021.
