Eric Olsen

Eric Olsen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Eric has held various leadership roles in facilities management, real estate, and project coordination. Eric has experience in overseeing corporate offices, warehouses, and field site operations. Eric is skilled in negotiating leases, managing budgets, and coordinating various services and repairs. Throughout their career, Eric has successfully implemented innovative lease structures and managed multi-state real estate portfolios. Eric has also served as a Major in the US Army, where they led and coordinated humanitarian and civic projects. Eric has a proven track record in project management, contract enforcement, and vendor management.

Eric Olsen has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in European History with a Minor in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. Eric also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology with a Facilities Management Emphasis from Purdue University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they have a certification as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), which they obtained in December 2007. Before their university education, Eric attended Francis Howell High School from 1984 to 1987.
