Eleanor Reidy

Eleanor Reidy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eleanor is currently employed at Blueprint as the Head of People Operations. Prior to this role, they worked as an Executive Assistant, People Operations at Blueprint. Before joining Blueprint, Eleanor worked at Enterprise Holdings, holding various positions including Assistant Branch Manager, Management Assistant, and Management Trainee. Eleanor also gained experience as an Event Operations Coordinator at Complex Sports & Entertainment. Earlier in their career, Eleanor held multiple roles at FSU Campus Rec, including Student Director of Human Resources, Supervisor, and Member Services Associate. Eleanor was also Vice President of Programming at Garnet and Gold Key Leadership Honorary and served as a Property Assistant at IMG. Additionally, Eleanor held leadership positions at Order of Omega and National Panhellenic Conference Inc. Eleanor was Vice President of Membership at Florida State University Panhellenic Association and Vice President of Membership Recruitment at Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity.

Eleanor Reidy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Florida State University from 2014 to 2019. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Development at the same university, completing it in 2020.
