Howie Rosenthal is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in customer support, client success, and technical support roles. Howie began their career in 2001 as Team Lead, Application and Database Services at Longview Solutions. In 2006, they became Manager, Support Services at OrderMotion and in 2007, they moved to Sigma Systems as Technical Account Manager. That same year, they took on the role of Director, Client Services at LYNXDev Inc. In 2009, they became Service Manager at Nurun and in 2010, they joined BlueCat as Director, Customer Care, and Director, Technical Support & Operations. In 2017, they took on two roles, Director, Client Success at Versapay and Director, Client Support at Dealer-FX Group, Inc. In 2018, they joined Uberflip as Senior Director, Customer Support and Director, Technical Support. In 2021, they began their current role as Vice President, Customer Success at Blueprint Software Systems.

Howie Rosenthal received a BAA in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson University from 1994 to 1998. Howie then obtained a RAM in Recording Arts Management from Harris Institute For The Arts from 1998 to 1999. From 2000 to 2002, they earned an AIT in Information Technology from Information Technology Institute. In 2008, they completed ITIL V3 Foundations from CTE Solutions/DesTech Education Services. Howie also obtained a Speaker Labs Talk Master Certification from Speaker Labs in May of 2019 and an ITIL v3 Foundations certification.
