Kimball Johnson

Kimball Johnson has a diverse and extensive work experience.

Starting in 2007, Johnson worked as a Systems Developer at Lancaster University Network Services Limited until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Systems Developer at Lancashire County Council and One Connect Limited. During their time at One Connect Limited, they also held the position of Senior Systems Engineer.

In 2014, Johnson worked as a Developer at Shadowcat Systems Limited and a DevOps Engineer at ChronoTrack Systems. At ChronoTrack Systems, they focused on improving and modernizing the infrastructure and developing a new Continuous Integration System.

In 2015, Johnson joined Sainsbury's as a DevOps Engineer, where they were responsible for automating development and production environments. Kimball also played a role in integrating the Sainsbury's Entertainment web platform into the Sainsbury's platform.

In 2015, Johnson transitioned to Chef Software, initially working as a Customer Architect. Later on, they became a Senior Curriculum Developer and then a Senior Developer Advocate, where they created and delivered training classes, presentations, and online self-paced training. Kimball also managed a platform for online self-paced training.

Johnson continued their career at Kong Inc. as a Technical Account Manager, starting in 2020. At Appsembler, they held the position of Senior Product Enablement Specialist & Developer Advocate from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Johnson works as a Senior Developer Advocate at Blues, starting in 2023.

Kimball Johnson attended Lancaster University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
