Rodrick Frazier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rodrick started their career as the Events Coordinator at 100 Black Men of America from January 2010 to June 2012, where they successfully planned and led national conferences. From July 2012 to November 2014, they served as the Marketing Manager at Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. In this role, they contributed to the marketing strategies of the company. From July 2013 to April 2016, Rodrick worked at Sodexo, initially as a Dining Services Manager and later as a Retail Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing schedules, payroll, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards. Rodrick also served as the Chair of the Sodexo Safety Committee Task Force. From April 2016 to May 2018, they worked as a General Manager at sweetgreen, and from July 2017 to May 2019, they were the Catering Manager at Pulledtogether. Currently, Rodrick holds the position of Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Bluestone Lane, a role they assumed in May 2019.
Rodrick Frazier obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Rodrick attended the university from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Rodrick also holds a certification in Serv Safe, which they obtained from the Conference for Food Protection in August 2019.
