Stevan Youssef

Stevan Youssef has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Stevan currently holds the position of Sr. Project Lead - ARPA-H at BMNT since July 2023. Before that, they worked as a Program Manager at NobleReach Foundation from January 2023 to July 2023.

In 2021, Stevan served as an Operational Manager at In-Q-Tel from December 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they were an Operations Specialist at Open Technology Fund from March 2020 to December 2021. During their time at Open Technology Fund, Stevan played a key role in managing the programmatic contracting process, designing and implementing tracking systems, and leading various org-wide projects.

In 2019, Stevan worked as the Manager of State Outreach at Credit Union National Association from April 2019 to October 2019. Before that, they were a Writer/Researcher at AFL CIO from July 2018 to December 2018, where they played a crucial role in developing campaign communications materials, executing GOTV strategies, and conducting research on labor-related issues.

Stevan's professional journey began as a District Representative for California State Senator Josh Newman at the California State Senate from September 2017 to June 2018. In this role, they cultivated relationships with government representatives and managed constituent casework.

Throughout their career, Stevan has demonstrated expertise in project management, program coordination, operations, and strategic communications.

Stevan Youssef has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History of Public Policy from UC Santa Barbara. Stevan also studied abroad at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on negotiations and international financial regulations.
