Helen Menezes

Helen Menezes has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Helen started their career as an HR Coordinator at Galeto's Restaurantes in 1997 and then worked as an HR Supervisor at Flytech Distribuição Ltda from 2000 to 2001. From 2002 to 2006, they served as an HR Manager at Next Sistemas e Consultoria Ltda. Helen then joined Mercado Livre Brasil as Head of Human Resources, where they worked from 2006 to 2018. In 2019, they took on the role of People Director at SoftBank Group, followed by a similar position at Via Varejo SA. Currently, they are working as a People Director at Boa Vista since 2020.
