Michael D'Ecclessis

Michael D'Ecclessis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael has worked as a Scientific Director at BOLDSCIENCE since 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Havas Health & You from 2021 to 2023. Michael also worked as an Associate Scientific Director from 2020 to 2021 and a Scientific Associate from 2018 to 2020 at Havas Health & You. In 2012, Michael founded PhD Career Guide and served as Founder until 2020. Michael was an Associate Consultant at Bionest Partners from 2017 to 2018. In 2016, they worked as a Medical Writer at inVentiv Medical Communications. From 2011 to 2016, they were an IGERT Fellow, Integrated Science and Engineering of Stem Cells at NSF. Michael also gained experience as an Intern at Mid Atlantic Bio Angels from 2013 to 2014 and at Rutgers University Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) from 2010 to 2011. Michael started their career as a Senior Project Manager/Account Manager at CareerMD from 2008 to 2009.

Michael D'Ecclessis holds a BA degree in Cell Biology & Neuroscience from Rutgers University. Michael also obtained a Mini-MBA in BioPharma Innovation from Rutgers Business School. Additionally, they have completed a Certificate in Science and Technology Management from Rutgers University. Furthermore, Michael holds an MA degree in Biotechnology from Columbia University. Prior to their higher education, they completed their high school education at Summit High School.
