Lauren Krauth

Lauren Krauth has extensive work experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Lauren is currently working as the Head of Data Analysis at Bon Secours Mercy Health since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Geisinger from 2012 to 2022, starting as an Intern and progressing to positions such as Manager of Business Intelligence & Information Delivery and Senior Analyst of Clinical Informatics. At Geisinger, they were responsible for strategic planning, design, production, and analysis of operational reports and models, as well as leading a team of analysts and supporting various departments with business intelligence. Before Geisinger, they worked as an EMR Associate/Administrative Assistant at Delta Medix, PC from 2009 to 2012 and interned at AltieriGroup, a physician and executive consulting firm, in 2012. Lauren also had roles as Phonathon and Student Ambassador at Moravian College from 2007 to 2011.

Lauren Krauth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Moravian University in 2011. Lauren then pursued a Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration from King's College, along with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership in Healthcare Administration, which they obtained in 2013. Lauren also holds various certifications from Epic, including Access Data Model Certification, Healthy Planet Analytics and Quality Measures Certification, Clinical Data Model Certification, Caboodle Data Model Certification, Clarity Data Model Certification, and Cogito Certification. Additionally, they are a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in December 2018.
