Eric Rickey

Eric Rickey has had a varied and extensive career in hospitality, beginning in 2001 when they joined the US Army as a Squad Leader and Air Assault Specialist. After the war in Iraq, they co-founded WelcomeBack Hospitality in 2014, a consulting company focused on restaurant/bar consultation, small and large format events, and staff education. In 2017, Eric took on the role of Country Food & Beverage Director at Selina, where they managed a diverse portfolio of 10+ business models across multiple countries. In 2019, Eric moved to Outpost, taking on the roles of Director of Operations and Business Development and Director of Pre Opening/Food & Beverage. In these roles, they have been responsible for inspiring and empowering a diverse set of cultural creatives, entrepreneurs, and remote workers, as well as developing the Global Food & Beverage department.

Eric Rickey attended West Valley College from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Cultural Anthropology.
