Sachi Shen

Sachi Shen has been in the travel industry since 2002, beginning their career as a Travel Consultant at Timex Travel. In this role, they were responsible for making travel arrangements for clients, processing bookings, and providing interoffice training on SABRE and related computer equipment usage. In 2005, they moved to CAA South Central Ontario as a Travel Consultant. In 2008, they became a Sales Manager at Ucruising Vacation and in 2011, they transitioned to Travel Edge as a Software Developer/Online Support Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Book4Time Inc. as an Onboarding Specialist, where they are responsible for implementing business management software, performing the initial set up and configuration of the client's account, and providing customized training programs.

Sachi Shen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Information Technology from York University.
