Samantha Joice

Samantha Joice has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Samantha began their career as a Sales Assistant at Fossil Group, Inc. in 2010, where they provided customer assistance and maintained store cleanliness. Samantha then progressed to the role of Assistant Manager at Fossil in 2011, where they handled customer assistance, sales, and business administration tasks.

After that, Samantha worked as a Receptionist at Lillie Chiropractic Clinic from 2013 to 2014, where they built and maintained client relationships, managed bookings and billing, and liaised with clients.

In 2014, Samantha joined Harlequin Enterprises as a Publishing Assistant, where they provided administrative support to the Publishing Department. Their responsibilities included internal communication, coordinating author administration, managing the publishing database, and supporting various teams with ad hoc tasks.

From 2016 to 2018, Samantha worked at HarperCollins Australia as a Digital Marketing Executive for Harlequin. In this role, they coordinated website overhauls, developed marketing strategies, executed social media campaigns, managed web properties, and monitored market trends.

Most recently, Samantha has been working at Booktopia since 2018. Samantha started as a Campaign Manager, overseeing the coordination and management of promotional campaigns. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Campaigns, responsible for marketing project management, project coordination, stakeholder relationships, research and analysis, and process optimization.

Throughout their career, Samantha has demonstrated excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, and has consistently delivered results in fast-paced environments.

Samantha Joice completed their education in a chronological order. Samantha began their education in 2009 at the University of Technology Sydney, where they pursued a Bachelor of Communication with a focus on Writing and Cultural Studies. At the same time, they also pursued a Bachelor of International Studies with a specialization in Japanese.

After completing their undergraduate studies in 2013, Samantha continued their education at the University of Technology Sydney. In 2014, they enrolled in the Graduate Diploma of Creative Writing program, which they completed in 2015.

Apart from their formal education, Samantha also obtained a certification in "Digital Delivery With Agile" from RMIT Online in February 2020.
