Austen Brockman

Austen Brockman is an accomplished professional with a robust background in technical support and operations, currently serving as the Technical Support Operations Lead at Boostlingo since September 2022. Prior to this role, Austen held positions at Zello, including Technical Support Representative, where consultative support was provided to customers across various sectors, as well as troubleshooting and resource development. Additional experience includes a Business Development Representative at ZeroCater, focused on enhancing client satisfaction through data analysis, and a Biological Researcher role at KU Leuven, which involved designing research objectives and solving technical challenges. Austen holds a Master’s degree in Biology with a focus on Molecular Biology from KU Leuven, a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin, and graduated from the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science.
