Sven Besser

Sven Besser, Associate CIPD, has a background in HR policy management and communications. Sven currently holds the position of HR Policy Manager at Boots UK, and is also the Communications Lead for WBA Pride Alliance (UK). Prior to this, Sven worked as a People Manager - HR Business Partner at Morrisons and as a People Policy Specialist at Marks and Spencer. Sven has a Bachelor's degree in Management from UCL.
