Richard Foster

Richard Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the nuclear energy sector. Currently serving as Sitewide Interface Manager for Boston Government Services at the Fluor-BWXT Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant since January 2017, Richard oversees multi-site operational changes and facilitates communication with regulatory bodies. As a Board Member for Manchester Local School District since 2004, Richard contributes to educational governance. Previous roles include Lease Administrator/Shared Site Coordinator and Engineering Services Manager at Centrus Energy Corp., where responsibilities encompassed lease management, uranium material scheduling, and compliance with shipping regulations. Richard's career at USEC featured positions as Analytical Laboratory Manager and in Research & Development, focusing on uranium analysis and computer control systems for laboratory instruments.
