Andrew Crothers

Andrew Crothers has worked for a variety of companies since 2011. Andrew began their career as an NSF-REU Energy Research with Global Reach Undergraduate Researcher at Washington University in St. Louis in 2011. Andrew then served as an Undergraduate Research Volunteer at North Carolina State University in 2012. In the same year, they were a RISE-DAAD Research Intern at RWTH Aachen University. In 2013, they were a Technology Policy Intern at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at UC Berkeley and Berkeley Lab as a Graduate Student Researcher and SULI Research Intern respectively. Since 2020, they have been a Model-Based Dynamics Team Lead and Senior Dynamics and Controls Engineer at Boston Metal.

Andrew Crothers completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Economics from North Carolina State University in 2013. Andrew then went on to pursue their Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed in 2019.
