Jill Owens

Jill Owens has had extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jill currently serves as the President of Upper Allegheny Health System since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Quality at the same organization, from December 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Clinical Operations and Provider Relations from April 2021 to December 2021, and served as the Executive Director of Physician Practice Network from September 2020 to April 2021.

Jill also has experience as a Physician at Bradford Family Medicine, Inc. since August 2000, and at Bradford Regional Medical Center, where they also served as the Associate Medical Director of Quality from November 2009 to December 2021.

In addition, they have worked as the Medical Director at Upper Allegheny Health System Physician Practice Network since January 2013.

Jill started their career in healthcare as a Family Medicine Resident at St. Vincent Health Center in Erie, PA, where they worked from July 1997 to June 2000.

Jill Owens completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford from 1989 to 1993. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where they obtained their MD degree in Medicine from 1993 to 1997.
