Pedro Sanchez is an experienced culinary professional with over a decade in the industry, currently serving as the Executive Chef at Braeburn Country Club since October 2013. Previously held roles include Senior Sous Chef at The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel, and Sous Chef positions at Houston Marriott Medical Center and Lakeside Country Club. Pedro began culinary training at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts as a Line Cook. An alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Miami, Pedro holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and has earned certifications as a Certified Executive Chef (CEC), a Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCA), and WSET II.
