Ali Qaswar

Ali Qaswar currently serves as the HR Manager at Brains Hub, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR processes, end-to-end hiring, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Ali co-founded and is the Director of PR at T-Sols while previously holding the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Mizo Studio. Past roles include Director of Career Services and Corporate Linkages at The University of Lahore, Visiting Faculty Member at Quaid-i-Azam University, and Conference Manager at ECDNP. Ali's earlier experience includes a Research Fellow position at the South Asian Strategic Stability Institute and various roles in project supervision and campaign facilitation with organizations such as SACHET Pakistan and the National Rural Support Programme. Ali holds an M.Phil in International Relations and Affairs from National Defense University and an MSc in International Relations and Affairs from the National University of Modern Languages, among other qualifications.
