William Cabral Guimarães

William Cabral Guimarães is an experienced professional in customer operations and support, currently serving as the Head of Customer at Brasil Paralelo since September 2021. In this role, William focuses on structuring the Customer area, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue renewal rates, while also increasing subscriber engagement and providing comprehensive insights into customer experiences.
