Nancy Glasheen Shrm-Cp, Phr, Ms-Hrm

Nancy Glasheen, SHRM-CP, PHR, MS-HRM is currently the Director of Human Resources at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, a role they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resource Director at the same hospital, providing strategic vision and direction to all hospital operations, as well as overseeing benefit programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Before joining Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Nancy worked at C&S Wholesale Grocers, where they held various roles in human resources. These included Human Resources Business Partner, HR Compliance Manager, EEO Analyst, and Sr. Disability Analyst. In these positions, they managed affirmative action programs, improved HR policies, and administered leave of absence programs.

Earlier in their career, Nancy worked as an Office Manager at Thomas Companies, a Sales Analyst/Inside Sales Representative at The Timken Company, and a Senior Administrative Assistant at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Nancy also served as a Project Administrative Assistant at The Timken Company.

Nancy holds certifications in SHRM-CP and PHR, and they have a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.

Nancy Glasheen, SHRM-CP, PHR, MS-HRM, obtained their Masters of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, Nancy has also earned several certifications in the field. Nancy obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2012. Nancy also holds the Professional in Human Resources - PHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in April 2012.
