Kareena Uttamchandani

Kareena Uttamchandani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and onboarding across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Onboarding & Ramp at Braze since November 2021, Kareena has previously held the role of Director of EMEA & APAC Sales Enablement at Medallia from June 2014 to November 2021, where responsibilities included the design and management of strategic initiatives to enhance sales team efficiency and effectiveness. Additional experience includes positions at Satmetrix Systems as a Customer Loyalty Analyst and at Fizzback as an Insight Consultant Intern, complemented by a role as a Network Research Analyst at Winmark Ltd. Kareena holds a Master’s degree in Organisational and Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
