Kevin Caniano

Kevin Caniano has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in leading teams and working with various technologies. Kevin currently holds the position of Lead Software Engineer at Brazen, where they manage a team of six and oversees the design and implementation of critical projects. Kevin also leads a rapid response team that resolves production issues and ensures system reliability. Prior to their current role, Kevin worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Brazen, where they developed and maintained critical features and served as a subject matter expert for multiple areas. Before joining Brazen, Kevin worked at Snowflake Software as a Software Engineer, where they worked on a project to integrate the company's aviation data platform into an air navigation service provider's infrastructure. Kevin also has experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked on various projects, including developing climate change analysis programs for the US Army Corps of Engineers and supporting application migrations. Kevin started their career as an intern at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they contributed to client deliverables and collected data on Linux distributions.

Kevin Caniano earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from St. Bonaventure University from 2008 to 2012. Kevin later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Computer Science at Brandeis University from 2012 to 2013. In 2016, they obtained the certification of Certified Agile Professional from ICAgile.
