Lucy Meras - Torres

Lucy Meras-Torres is currently the Middle School Advisor & Program Coordinator at Breakthrough Central Texas since August 2023. Prior to that, Lucy worked as a College Advisor at Texas A&M University from July 2022 to July 2023, and as the 8th Grade Level Chair and U.S. History Teacher at KIPP Texas Public Schools from December 2019 to July 2022. Lucy also has experience as a Hostess Server at Snooze an A.M. Eatery and as an Intern at Summer Language & Algebra Program at KIPP Texas Public Schools. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Teaching & Learning from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Education from The University of Texas at Austin.
