Will Jaibaji

Will Jaibaji has a strong background in product management and leadership roles. Will is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Product at Breakwater Solutions since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at IBM from 2013 to 2021, holding various roles such as WW Program Director and Program Director in Offering Management.

Before IBM, Will held the position of VP and Director of Product Management at StoredIQ from 2009 to 2021, where they played a pivotal role in growing the company's product revenue and overseeing the design and launch of the DiscoveryIQ application. Will also received several industry awards during their tenure at StoredIQ.

Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of AlertFind Product Management at MessageOne, as well as the Sr. Product Manager at AlterPoint. Will also gained experience as a Product Marketing Manager at Motive and as a Sr. Business Analyst at Seilevel.

Will began their career as a Network Engineer at Sprint Business. Overall, Will Jaibaji has showcased strong leadership, strategic planning skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth throughout their career in the field of product management.

Will Jaibaji attended Vanderbilt University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering. In addition, they obtained a certification as an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in March 2015.
