Arianne Joyce Laydia

Arianne Joyce Laydia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and talent management. Starting in 2014, they worked as an HR and Administrative Intern at Affordable Private Education Center, Inc. (APEC Schools). In 2015, they joined Sound Design Inc. as an Executive Assistant and HR Assistant, later transitioning to the role of Human Resources Generalist. At Sound Design Inc., they also took on the role of Human Resources Generalist and Data Designer from 2019 until 2021.

In 2021, Arianne joined PartnerHero as the Regional Talent Management Coordinator for the APAC region. After a year in this role, they moved on to XLD Finance in 2022 as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Currently, they are working at BreederDAO as a People Specialist and has recently been promoted to the position of People Strategy Lead.

Arianne Joyce Laydia attended Far Eastern University Makati from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Management. Arianne Joyce'sfield of study focused on Business Administration and Management in general.
