Brendon Metcalf has extensive experience in customer service and customer support roles. Brendon is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Breg, having joined in 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Service at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2020, Brendon worked at Johnson Controls Inc. as the Associate Director of Customer Support & Inside Sales Americas, where they provided direction to multi-location customer service and inside sales teams. Brendon also worked as the Customer Service Manager at CertainTeed Corporation from 2013 to 2019, where they directed a customer service team and ensured high levels of performance. Additionally, Brendon has experience as a Customer Service Sr. Team Lead at Arkema from 2008 to 2012, where they managed the activities of an international customer service team and handled order processing and invoicing using SAP.
