Marion Mestrom

Marion Mestrom has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in multinational companies. Marion began their career at Philips in 1987 as a Human Resources Consultant, and then progressed to higher roles such as Vice President Human Resources Lighting, SVP HR Consumer Electronics, and Vice President HR Healthcare. Marion was also Vice President HR Rest of World and Vice President HR Audio during their tenure at Philips. In 2013, Marion joined Siegwerk as the Vice President Global Human Resources for the Siegwerk Group. Marion later became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Brenntag Group in 2015. Marion also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board for Rabobank Roermond - Echt from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the HR Committee at Kendrion NV, starting their role in 2016.

Marion Mestrom graduated with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from the Rotterdam Erasmus University-William E. Simon Graduate School of Business in Rochester, NY in 1993. Prior to that, they attended Radboud University from 1980 to 1986. Marion also obtained a Master's degree from Leiden University in 1986.
