Prior roles include time at Deloitte in multiple capacities from 1984 to 1999, handling telephone communications, visitor reception, and document preparation. Corrie began the career as a Secretary at Pannekeet from January 1990 to January 1992. Educational background includes a Julia Mavo Diploma and Bruijnkops MEAO.

From business associates to business partners. In 2011 attorney-at-law Marc Dunnewijk and accountant Theo De Groot joined forces and established Briddge Legal & Finance B.V. The letters D-D-G in the name mark the cooperation as the letters stand for Dunnewijk and De Groot. During the past years Theo De Groot has stepped down and his sons Stefan and Jurren have taken his place within the company.
